Portsmouth Naval Base Property Trust is responsible for the conservation and re-use of the buildings in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. In addition to Boathouse 4, PNBPT also owns and operates the Dockyard Apprentice Exhibition within the Historic Dockyard; .
